Not sure what you mean here, but what I mean is exactly what I wrote:

It's a double meaning term, one for the literal meaning of Islam, which is submission, and then adding the dash after 'sub' to emphasize the low nature of the scum of the earth enemy.
As to your question?? Only when the Active Muslims submit will the world know peace from Jihad.
