The Jazz Ban Man

Here's my take on Charles Johnson & his Lizard army, of the formerly valuable website, Little Green Footballs. I'm one of those who had the honor of being banned by him for questioning him about his growing disinterest in the counter-jihad movement. I think he felt bad after 9/11 and when he stopped feeling bad, he reverted back to his leftist self, deciding that it's far safer to have right wing enemies than it is to have Muslim or leftist ones.

So when did you get the Stick? I got mine on 8/22/09!

That's a little childish IMO.

In 2006, especially during the summer time, I'd never imagine Charles to be a person so forgiving and indirectly apologetic of the Islamists and their liberal consorts. He used to be relentlessly exposing of Islam for what it is, anywhere, everywhere - its politics, its leaders - all over the arab-muslim world, including in the west and the his own homeland.

I never saw this incredibly sharp twist even when he was all of a sudden focusing 24/7 on the euro fascists and intelligent design. I admired his fight against kooks on any end of the political map, but at one point it became completely obvious he's gone obsessed with the right-wing sphere.

CJ is a douche.

Phuckie Slum,

I haven't seen you here in a long time.

Macker, I joined the "banned members' last year sometime.

phuckie slum, it crossed my mind that Johnson may have decided at some point that it's far safer to have right wing enemies than it is to have Muslim or leftist ones.

Great work. Glad you did not
let this go to waste! He booted
me off three different times
before he made it final. I would
much rather have right sided
friends who I know will stand
beside me against Islam, any
day.

I fled a couple years back in the middle of some gonzo firefight or another.

For an Objectivist there is an abundance of irritants to be found on the conservative right. But abandoning the fight against the global Jihad over that is just beyond the pale.

Now if there was just a way to sneak that artwork onto the LGF masthead...

Ha!

I just wrote a post on the fall of LGF - Plateaued Blogs...

And a commenter alerted me to this funny post. Thanks!

(BTW I've been banned from a few sites, e.g. Barry Ritholtz's. But I also singlehandedly got Harvard economist Greg Mankiw to CLOSE his entire comment section.)

I'm not familiar with this guy except for hearing about him on Jihad Watch. Does he really support the banning of Jazz?

And strangely, the dark hair, pony tail, and whatever the hell those things are behind his head make him look faintly like an Native-American.

Your being offensive to Indians! Your banned from your own site!

(just kidding of course):-D :-D :-D

Johnson's supposedly a jazz musician & he was always trigger happy to ban dissenters on his site, and so my pun. And that's his lizard army on his shoulders, as he refers to members of his site.

Good one Bosch!, but you should have put in a LGF tag, somewhere, or did I miss it?
