PIGMAN, The Post-9/11 Superhero

From my introduction to my book PROPIGANDA: Drawing the Line Against Jihad:

In a world where men fly planes into towers and are celebrated as heroes by the vile culture that breeds them, we need a new kind of hero that symbolizes our battle against such evil. An icon against jihad who does the right thing no matter how bad it looks, and who brings an unprecedented ruthlessness to a ruthless enemy. A hero who is a great villain to all those who had a good day on 9/11/01. Ready or not, here comes Pigman.

PROPIGANDA was Pigman's first print appearance, and he is featured in my series, THE INFIDEL, of which I have 3 digital chapters available on Amazon Kindle and ComiXology.

THE INFIDEL is about twin brothers, Killian Duke & Salaam Duka, whose Muslim background comes to the forefront of their lives on 9/11. Killian responds to the atrocity by creating a pigskin clad superhero called Pigman, a comic book about an ex-Muslim who becomes the jihadist's worst nightmare, as Salaam fully submits to Islam, committed to personifying the religion as a born again Muslim. Pigman's battle against his archenemy SuperJihad echoes the brother's story.

For the record, the black & white graphic and the bottom portrait of Pigman are not in ProPiganda.
