PIGMAN's chest symbol

The Meaning behind Pigman's chest symbol:

Those are The Twin Towers on Pigman’s chest, with the red S making it read September 11. This being a Capitalist Pigman, it also makes out a dollar sign. As well as evoking Superman's S.

In addition, and not as obvious, the part of the S that goes off the left side makes out a 9, making it 9/11 as well. And further, the two small dents on the right tower are meant to make out a number 3, making it a 93, which is an homage to the heroes of flight 93, but can also, unintended on my part, reference the first jihad attack on the towers in 1993.

Excellent, and rather subtle use of symbolism. I wouldn't have noticed much of that if you hadn't pointed it out. I wonder how many people will notice all that, without having read this, when they read your story for first time.

Thanks, and I wonder as well, as I'd hate to have to explain it in the story.

The favorite of all my bumper stickers. Gives folks in back of me at the stop light something to think about.

Hi Damien, revereridesagain, Bosch,

Immediately after 9 -11 New York Mayor Giuliani rejected Saudi Prince Alwaleed bin Talal’s money because it came with an insult to America. Bin Talal is currently funding the Ground Zero Victory Mosque. And now Bin Talal is helping to write the National 9 – 11 Memorial and Museum at Ground Zero!

The Memorial, I have seen it, will lay the blame for 9 - 11 on our feet as blow back for our support for Al Qaeda in the 1970s. The Memorial will just make it seem like Islam has a problem with us. If we let this narrative stand in our official Ground Zero space, we'll lose a great chance to educate the public.

I have a video of the Memorial's Executive Vice-President for Programs explaining a film she made previewing the Memorial. It is the first video in the video section of www.culturism.us. I have written an article on the topic at http://culturismnews.blogspot.com.

We must get Western culturist scholars such as ROBERT SPENCER to contribute to the writing of the National 9 - 11 Memorial and Museum. The text is not yet totally written. Let's get involved.

This symbol makes me feel the emotion you'd feel when you cry tears of joy. Because I always interpreted it as a protective arm wrapped around the towers.

We live in a day and age where what those towers stood for not only has to be protected from fundamentalist Muslims, but altruistic Americans as well. The gritty anti-hero feel of Pigman is fitting for a world where even people who should be our allies are our enemies. He is the one man in the world who is willing to stand up for what's right, and he has to stand up to the whole world to do so.

(You may remember me as the guy who told you about this interpretation of his symbol via e-mail.)

Thanks for the words, Amaroq, and as you mention, it is indeed "The World" that Pigman has to fight in order to defend The West against Islam & its Jihad, as you'll see by chapter 3 of The Infidel.
