The use of the word "Anarchy", by some statists, is code word for chaos (or lawlessness). But it's not when used by libertarians. It simply means "without rulers" - exactly what it says on the tin. Liberty is the mother of order, not daughter. No government can secure liberty, when the mobs do not value it.
I can't tell you how many Libertarians I've talked to that sound like utopian/anarchist occupiers.
Aren't Libertarians supposed to be for small government and like minded ideas? I consider myself a partial libertarian, but it's hard to label yourself one when the rest of them are spouting utopian lies.

As I wrote, "by some libertarians"
