Randsday: A Selfish Holiday

Consider getting my Ayn Rand Print for Randsday.

"February 2nd is the birthday of Ayn Rand, the author of Atlas Shrugged and The Fountainhead. Ayn Rand developed and defended Objectivism, a philosophy that advocates rational selfishness.
To celebrate Randsday, you do something not done on any other holiday: you give yourself a present. Randsday is for getting that longed-for luxury you ordinarily would not buy for yourself. Or for doing that long-postponed, self-pampering activity you cannot seem to fit into your chore-packed schedule." Read more

Born Again Muslim

Here's a shot of Born Again Muslim Salaam Duka from THE INFIDEL #2, out next month. Salaam is Killian Duke's twin brother, who I refer to as a Recovering Muslim.

Early Pigman Doodle

I'd say I drew this doodle around 2005/2006 when I began refining Pigman's look, particularly the mask ears, which are smaller in this one than in the 2005 one from the last post. They had more of a Batman look to them at that point, still different to how they ended up in the current, smaller, folded look.

PIGMAN, 2005 + Bacon Bookmark

Here's an early version of Pigman from summer 2005. As you can see, he's a bit different today than he was then, but the point was always there. The text on the larger piece was an answer to the question on the Bacon Bookmarks I created at the time.

Liam Neeson is TAKEN with Islam

Liam Neeson is considering becoming a Muslim for profound reasons ... & Islam means peace.

In the sequel to TAKEN, will Neeson's character now Take over the Muslim gang he fought in the original?

Terrorist Healthcare

Mitt Romney's commitment to government run healthcare is so deep that he'll even praise it if it's run by a terrorist group with American blood on its hands. See the 2008 video here.

Commander in Crotch

In light of the TSA's attempted grope of Senator Rand Paul, I'm posting on my blog for the first time a cartoon I did in Nov. 2010 for NewsRealBlog.com. It was inspired by a Washington Times editorial, “Obama’s Hand in Your Crotch", with the Very Important subtitle:

“White House denial of Islamic threat to blame for TSA groping.”

Speak No Islam

The new Tom Hanks film gets "Extremely Loud and Incredibly Close" to taking on Islam ... & Islam means peace.

Here's my True take on the poster for the film, which deals with 9/11, but from what I gather doesn't get anywhere near the reason behind the atrocity. Here are the trailers for the film. I imagine that the kid in the film, in his search for ... whatever it is he's searching for ... would instead be searching for the Truth behind why his father, and thousands of others, were murdered on 9/11.

Here was my take on the Steven Spielberg film, Munich, which despite solid production values and a good cast, was a moral failure because the filmmakers couldn't resist shoehorning their sympathy for the devil into the story, which undercut the heroes and the whole point of the film.

The Loons at LoonWatch

The website "LoonWatch", who goes after Robert Spencer, Pamela Geller and have even gone after me when my Batman cartoon landed me on The Daily Show, are now being called out, of all places, by a writer at the leftist site The Daily Kos, Eric Allen Bell. LoonWatch is correctly referred to as a "Terrorist Spin Control Network" by Bell in his article. Robert Spencer had an exchange with Bell, as he writes about in this post at Jihad Watch.

The Giggler

Ron Paul habitually responds to questions of a deadly serious nature by giggling.
Giggler, defined by the "Urban Dictionary": "Someone who is daft, idiotic, or criminally insane. That guy's a total giggler; he was all but drooling."

BUCKED OVER

Graphic from THE INFIDEL print companion PROPIGANDA: Drawing the Line Against Jihad.

I did the above graphic in June 2008 and today, 2012, instead of the Islamophile in Chief George "Islam is peace" Bush doing his part to help the Saudis get nukes, China is now doing their part.

When a clear enemy of the American people, the second greatest state sponsor of jihad terrorism after Iran, doesn’t need to worry about paying any price for it, they can and will act with impunity against us, so long as they smile while doing it and buy enough powerful politicians.

For the record, the accompanying visual is meant to convey how our leaders have prostituted themselves for Saudi cash, with dire consequences that we can't even begin to see. And that's Pigman standing in for the incorruptible American Individual, who will pay the price for this sell out. And the Saudi flag, (which appropriately has swords on it) spreads its green within Washington P.C.s flag, as distinguished from The American Flag, which stays a true red white and blue.

PISSED

If it pisses off the enemy and gutless Islamophiles, it can't be that bad. And since Mohammad told Muslims to get piss drunk off of camel urine, I guess it's only infidel piss that Muslims have a problem with. Here's what Pigman thinks about SuperJihad's call for submission, from THE INFIDEL print companion, PROPIGANDA: Drawing the Line Against Jihad.

Crier in Chief

UPDATE Nov. 9, 2012: Now Obama cries while thanking campaign staff

UPDATE Nov. 5, 2012Though I noted below, Jan 2012, that Obama's a crier behind the scenes, he is now So desperate to maintain power that he let some tears drop at a campaign event a night before the election. But his crocodile tears will be real enough tomorrow night when America ejects him.

Barack O'Boehner? The Crier of the House now has competition in the "Cry-Baby in Chief".

Obama has a "tendency to cry.  In Kantor’s book, Obama is repeatedly on the verge of tears.  “During the campaign,” writes Kantor, “Obama told friends he couldn’t look at [Valerie] Jarrett during speeches lest he become too emotional and start to cry.”  (That was because  Jarrett played both sister and mother to Obama, as Kantor relates.)  At the launch party for his poorly-written second autobiography, The Audacity of Hope, Kantor says, “he stood alone at the front of the tent, overcome with tears.”  Just a few pages later, Obama is at it again, “tears in his eyes” while watching his daughter “practice dance moves,” since he sees her so seldom.  Upon receiving the Nobel Peace Prize in Oslo, the Obamas “felt better understood than they did in Washington” – and once again, Obama was “fighting back tears” during his speech." REPEAL REPEAL REPEAL REPEAL REPEAL...

Ayn Rand says it better than anyone, from Atlas Shrugged, 1957:

“I quit when medicine was placed under State control some years ago,” said Dr. Hendricks. “Do you know what it takes to perform a brain operation? Do you know the kind of skill it demands, and the years of passionate, merciless, excruciating devotion that go to acquire that skill? That was what I could not place at the disposal of men whose sole qualification to rule me was their capacity to spout the fraudulent generalities that got them elected to the privilege of enforcing their wishes at the point of a gun. I would not let them dictate the purpose for which my years of study had been spent, or the conditions of my work, or my choice of patients, or the amount of my reward. I observed that in all the discussions that preceded the enslavement of medicine, men discussed everything—except the desires of the doctors. Men considered only the ‘welfare’ of the patients, with no thought for those who were to provide it. That a doctor should have any right, desire or choice in the matter, was regarded as irrelevant selfishness; his is not to choose, they said, but ‘to serve.’ That a man who's willing to work under compulsion is too dangerous a brute to entrust with a job in the stockyards—never occurred to those who proposed to help the sick by making life impossible for the healthy. I have often wondered at the smugness at which people assert their right to enslave me, to control my work, to force my will, to violate my conscience, to stifle my mind—yet what is it they expect to depend on, when they lie on an operating table under my hands? Their moral code has taught them to believe that it is safe to rely on the virtue of their victims. Well, that is the virtue I have withdrawn. Let them discover the kind of doctors that their system will now produce. Let them discover, in the operating rooms and hospital wards, that it is not safe to place their lives in the hands of a man they have throttled. It is not safe, if he is the sort of man who resents it—and still less safe, if he is the sort who doesn’t.”

Then: Naziphobia - Now: Islamophobia

Truthophobia then, Truthophobia now. Can you imagine the WW2 generation tolerating a phrase such as "Nazism means peace"? As I put it on a panel discussion recently, "

Using terms such as "Radical Nazism" leads to a search for "Moderate Nazis"

Hitler, who I refer to as "Islam's Favorite Infidel", was a fan of Islam, calling it a "Masculine Religion", as well as allying himself with The Grand Mufti of Jerusalem, who did his worst to expedite the holocaust. And Muslims have made Hitler's book, Mein Kampf - My Struggle, translated to My Jihadi in the Middle East, (jihad meaning struggle) a best seller in the Muslim world. And Hitler, like today's mass-murdering jihadist enemy, used peace to further war, saying:

"…National Socialist Germany wants peace because of its fundamental convictions….Germany needs peace and desires peace…."

Islamophobia was concocted by the enemy in order to kill truth-telling about Islam in The West. They've failed, and lets make sure they never succeed by telling the truth again and again and again. Here are more of my posts on "islamophoNia"

@AynRandBot

"Either we believe that the State exists to serve the individual or that the individual exists to serve the state." - Ayn Rand

Ayn Rand was a novelist-philosopher who wrote Atlas Shrugged and The Fountainhead. The twitter account, @AynRandBot, tweets quotations from her work with the permission of Ayn Rand's heir. The above quote is just one example of the absolute gems from Ayn Rand that you'll find posted daily on Twitter and Facebook. To those who are already fans of Ayn Rand, and who have a pre-existing, active twitter account, consider voting for the AynRandBot for a Shorty Awardwhich honors the best producers of short content on social media. Who Doesn't Like Mitt Romney?

No one seems to like Mr. "Electable", like no one seems to like fruitcake.

I Agree with Ron Paul.....

HOPE 2 : Doublin' Down

This ought to be the true slogan for B.O.'s reelection campaign. And I repeat from my last post:

If you ever doubted Obama's hatred for America, his campaigning for reelection proves it.

HATE behind "HOPE"

If you ever doubted Obama's hatred for America, his campaigning for reelection proves it.

A self-hatred that encompasses the entire country and all that it once stood for.

PIGMAN: Mock the Floor with Them

From Charlie Chaplin's The Great Dictator in 1940 to Sasha Baron Cohen's The Dictator (below the graphic) coming this year, we've had a long history of mocking the enemy during war time, and may that never end. Praise for Table for One

Table for One was my first graphic novel, which led to my being nominated for a Russ Manning Most Promising Newcomer Award & an Eisner Award for Talent Deserving of Wider Recognition. Here's what others had to say about it, most notably for me personally, Alex Toth, who I hold to be the single greatest illustrator to ever draw comic books.

“A mighty talented pro. Write/draw/stage/tell stories with brilliant savvy to all elements in the mix!..Kudos!”
- Alex Toth

"An auspicious debut...
...We'll be served much more by this fellow and I can't wait for the dessert."
- Denis Kitchen

"A single night in a single setting, that conveys an entire way of life, an entire philosophy, the past, present and future of several characters...
...the dialogue: succinct, idealistic and tough!"
- Joe Zabel

“If Will Eisner were to do a graphic novel about a night in a restaurant, this would be it...”
- Howard Price, The Trades

“In just 88 pages, Bosch Fawstin renewed my faith in comics... wonderfully illustrated and skillfully written comics.”
- Brian Domingos, PopImage

“Solid debut... lots of power struggles in this story...in the end, comes down to who can stand their ground.”
- Rich Watson

“Table for One is a showcase for Bosch Fawstin's timeless, classic art....A truly gorgeous dramatic novel.”
- Matthew Craig, Robot Fist

"Besides Fawstin's mastery of grey tone colouring, there's his innovative page construction. He didn't go over board in this book, but there are hints that comic book layouts and storytelling are some of his strengths."
- Herve St. Louis, Comic Book Bin

"ISLAMOPHOBE!" - Truthophobe

The graphic is from a panel in THE INFIDEL #1

THE INFIDEL makes "Controversial Comics of the Year" list

Rich Johnston at Bleeding Cool, who favorably reviewed THE INFIDEL #1 last year, added it to the bottom of the dozen comics he put on his "Controversial Comics of the Year" list, though it's at the top of his article about it. Thanks for considering such a "bigoted" comic for your list, Rich. :)

If you haven't read it and you want to find out why it made the cut, check out THE INFIDEL #1, which you can download and read in no time. More info here.

Be on the lookout for THE INFIDEL #2 next month.

3RD?

Ron Paul did a Hell of a job........practicing his concession speech. He just came in third in the Iowa caucus. Blame yourself, Paul, particularly your sick, twisted, unjust foreign policy. Hopefully this is the end of your presidential pipe dream.

And now Ron Quixote answers the question on whether he can see himself with the Oval Office with:

"Not really."

THE INFIDEL #2 hits in Feb. 2012

That would make it a year since issue #1 was released, I'm embarrassed to say, but this past year has been a pretty big and busy one for me outside of The Infidel and I expect this coming year to be even bigger. But I also want to make it a priority to get more issues of THE INFIDEL out within this year. Thank you all for your continued support and interest, I will do my best to live up to it. Here's to a Great 2012.

Obama's Muslim Brothers

UPDATE 4/6/2012: The Muslim Brotherhood is visiting The White House. Not surprised, considering that one of Obama's long time friends is unrepentant terrorist Bill Ayers. The Muslim Brotherhood is an avowed enemy of the West in general & The United States and Israel in particular. Here is their motto:

“Allah is our objective.

The Prophet is our leader.

The Qur’an is our law.

Jihad is our way.

Dying in the way of Allah is our highest hope.

Allahu akbar!”

And  their "peaceful" symbol is to the right:

I wrote the below a few months ago:
This is who Barack Hussein Obama is working with, the Muslim Brotherhood jurist, Yusuf al-Qaradawi. I drew this scumbag last year for David Horowitz's Freedom Center. And to think I still have it in me to get surprised at how thoroughly un-American, anti-Semitic & Islamophilic our president is. Here's the story.
