Can't Bring Gray to a Black and White Fight

In an otherwise fair, if critical, piece about me and my work, one A. David Lewis, writing at Islamicommentary, thinks that "ultimately, there’s no fight that needs to be had here — just a long-overdue two-way conversation between Fawstin and his supposed enemies."

"conversation" with my "supposed enemies" aka a conversation with al Qaeda. LOL

Check out the piece, whose title is meant to counter my position, Bringing Gray Into A Black & White Fight.

I've long thought precisely the same. Al Qaeda is almost defunct and even terrorism in Israel has claimed less than ten lives over the past seven years. America (with all its dipolmacy and "rules of engagement") has won the war on terrorism decisively.

The real Islamic Jihad is now limited mostly to Muslim countries and Christians in Africa. If you really want to make a difference, it is these people who need to hear the "truth about Islam", not ideological American conservatives with their own axe to grind.
